InsideOut Climbing offers individual and small group rock climbing courses and training. The focus is on safe, bouldering and single pitch, experiences aiming to leave you with the skills and confidence to move on in your climbing life. Courses are always tailored to the individual client or clients, working with you to meet your needs and aspirations, improving performance and technique safely both indoors and outdoors. 

InsideOut is based in York so courses are held on local climbing walls, mainly The Red Goat Wall or Freeklime in York. Outdoor Climbing is undertaken on local Yorkshire crags such as Almscliffe. Though other venues can be considered such as the Peak District and the Lake District. Indeed location again is matched to your needs and preferences and what you wish to achieve and experience.

Courses nonetheless are run within the scope of the Rock Climbing Instructors (RCI) award. The content is laid out by the Mountain Training awarding body.

At InsideOut Climbing I am committed to promoting and distilling a love and experience of climbing to all. Young people and adults are all welcome at InsideOut, age is no barrier to accessing our courses.
